Born in Canada and almost a decade in Australia, I have lived in more than a few places around the globe, but the Central Coast stole my heart when I moved here in 2000 and married Patrick.
When I was licensed in 2002, I committed myself to providing the highest level of service to my clients and deserving, of the trust they place in me. Integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, and effective negotiation are skills our team has honed over the years to provide the quality service to our clients, they deserve.

Originally from Bakersfield, Patrick moved to the Central Coast after serving in the US army, and a successful career as a commercial artist. It was when he moved to the Central Coast and became a real estate appraiser, his passion of working with people became apparent. It wasn’t long before he started working alongside Ruby selling real estate, forming the Raymond Team family business and they haven’t looked back. Patrick has deep roots in the central coast communities he works in serving on various local boards and actively participating in events aimed at the betterment of the community and the people who live there. He takes the trust people place in him to assist them in achieving their real estate goals very seriously considering it a privilege to have the opportunity to utilize his area knowledge, and solution focused negotiating skills to serve, and assist his clients.

He is passionate about family and living here where he and Ruby and have made their home. He enjoys the arts, good food, and the people he meets along the way! You may see him on the golf course or in front of an easel, paint brush in hand.

Professional, Personable & Went Above & Beyond!

I'm actually giving Ruby Raymond a 10-star rating! Ruby is the most knowledgeable realtor we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She answered all of our many questions with great speed and knowledge. Not only did she perform her duties as a realtor in an extremely professional, yet personable way, she also went above and beyond to help us. For example, the property we purchased is a 3 1/2 hour drive from our current home, and without asking, Ruby offered to meet the flooring person at our new home to let him in to measure the floors. She also set up a lockbox with a key, and provided the code, so that the propane company could enter the premises to ensure that all the appliances were working properly, after turning on the propane. The flooring company was also able to enter the premises to install our new flooring, without our being there. Because of this, we were spared approximately 14 hours of driving time, which we so appreciated! Ruby's willingness to go the extra mile for us was so impressive, and much appreciated. I can whole heartedly recommend Ruby Raymond for any and all of your real estate needs. Consider yourself very lucky with Ruby in your corner!

Exceptional Realtors

There are a number of solid and competent realtors that can help you navigate the paperwork needed to either close a sale or negotiate a purchase of a home. The number of exceptional realtors who can develop a effective markeketing plan based on research, investment and strength of intellect and character are few and hard to find. Patrick and Ruby Raymond are those exceptional realtors. In addition, the other members of their team were each exceptional and epitomize professionalism. When Patrick first approached me, he stated a price than our home would generate that exceeded what I thought the market would bear. Then he proceeded to explain how this sale price could happen. First, he knew our neighborhood and its strength and weaknesses regarding its saleability. Next, he revealed the investments he had made to obtain a data base of pre-qualified buyers from throughout our state and around the country. Finally, Patrick and Ruby provided an in depth strategy on how to stage our home, establish timelines, and present tools they would use to sell the home. Some of their strategies were known but not always followed by other realtors, and additional strategies were proprietary to the Raymond team. The result was that we received three offers each either meeting of exceeding what Patrick and Ruby first told us our home could sell for. Throughout the process they both remained calm and focused even when little hickups occurred. It was a learning experience for us when we had questions about staging the home I found out later from the buyers how much Rubys’ strategies influenced their purchasing decision. Needless to say it is without any reservations that we would recommend the Raymond team whether you are purchasing or selling a home. P.S. They even gave us great input on strategies on how to buy our current home in a very competitive market.
